Just claimed from the Marine & Fisheries Ministry-Singaraja Office this beautiful glass trophy along with certificate which Rizal Diving won as Juara II (Second Placer) at the Buleleng Bali Dive Festival 2016 Underwater Photography Contest -Compact Camera Category. He and his guide, Gombal Les, also won cash prizes.I will post the link to the winning photos once they have been posted.
