Learned so much on

Learned so much on our first sale of flavored sea salt and virgin coconut oil at the once-a month Ubud Artisan Market. In a market that's about 80% white women, mostly from Europe/Australia/Canada/USA, and 10% Asian and 10% domestic, the moringa, lemongrass and garlic flavors sold fast and quick while nutmeg, pepper and chili flavors languished. Many thanks to Ibu Rucina Ballinger for sharing her market table to us, to Tasik Segara salt farmers organization and Ibu Jero Made Sresti of Warung Segara Lestari whose products we sold. Still a long way to go to perfecting products from Les Village and finding alternative markets for them but we are getting there!
